Each instructor sets their own guidelines for minimum number of students registered to host class. Due to some instructors living out of town, some classes do require advanced registration.

Classes are scheduled on a monthly basis so you may see some rotating in/out along with some special events and workshops.

BARREfusion is a low-impact, total body workout inspired by ballet. It offers a unique approach to barre training with cardio bursts and signature fuses. This fusion format offers all the benefits of rhythmic movement, high repetition strength work and athletic dance moves in an easy to learn, fun class. We offer modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment. BARREfusion improves overall fitness levels while bringing out your inner ballerina!

A slower paced Hatha style class with a focus on the breath, controlled movement, and stretching. Create balance while easing stress and bring presence to your mind and body to promote rest and relaxation to end your day.

A minimum of 3 students must be registered for class to be offered. Due to the time of class, students must register 5pm day of class.

A total body workout focusing on the fundamentals of movement- the way your body is meant to move. No weights needed- All experience levels welcome!

A combination of stress reduction breathing, stretching, and opening up our mind & body to happiness.

Unroll your mat and unwind from the chaos of the day with this grounding 60 minute class. During this session we will work through a slow flow that focuses on allowing the breath to guide your movement. We take it down to the floor and move through seated postures and with the use of props, we allow the body the opportunity to fully relax.

Short on time, but still want to get your sweat sesh in? Join me for this 45 minute upbeat vinyasa flow class. Bring your mat, water and a towel.

Great for those wanting to give hot yoga a try. This class will focus on yoga foundations, breath-work, alignment, and safe transitions.

Let’s Flow! Join us as we incorporate breath-work and alignment into this 60 minute hot yoga flow.

Session one (Mondays) of this unique body+soul yoga series is intended to ease into the new week with preparation and mindful movement.This series is guided with the celebrated, transformational style of certified yoga instructor, Owen Freiburger. This healthy all- levels class will challenge the body+mind. We combine the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional (hatha) yoga by using a customized sequence of postures and breathing exercises to create a foundational alignment based practice.

This class is part of a duo series – you do not need to attend both classes to attend one. Part two will be offered Friday Mornings at 10am as the intention is to aide in easing into the week with mindfulness and wrapping up the weeks journey with celebration and anticipation.

This gentle series combines stretches, poses and strength training along with guided meditation that allows the body and mind to relax and reset.

During this class we will use Yoga Tune-Up Therapy Balls and learn different Roll Model Methods for Myofascial release. Class will consist of using the Tune-Up Therapy Balls for rolling, a slow yoga flow and stretching.

SOULfusion is a creative blend of yoga inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences and strength training exercises all set to fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment. SOULfusion improves strength, balance and flexibility and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!

Fitness-focused with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm increases strength, flexibility and balance with movement and musical motivation. It’s grit and grace rolled into one rhythmic experience! Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel and a water bottle- and get ready to sweat to heart- pounding beats!
